A New Activity for Hungry People – The Greenville Small Plate Crawl

By On Wednesday, January 22 nd, 2014 · 4 Comments · In

150X150-GoingThe Greenville Small Plate Crawl takes place March 24 through the 26th and sounds like fun. These food events have been going on in Hendersonville, Asheville and Boone, NC for a number of years to great success and now they are coming to Greenville.

How it works:

Just visit the crawl website (www.greenvillesmallplatecrawl.com) to view special crawl menus, plan your route via the interactive map, print the passport and crawl.  Passports are stamped at each Crawl restaurant and then turned in at the last stop to be entered into a drawing for exciting prizes.

Nichole Livengood (Gap Creek Gourmet) and Laura Huff (Carolina Epicurean) are organizing this great event. They already have a number of restaurants signed up as well as some of the prizes.

There’s even an official Greenville Small Plate Crawl app, iOnGreenville.  It’s a free app with direct links to the Greenville food truck schedule, restaurants, news, the best deals in town, and the crawl.

So eat up and enjoy. Send me your thoughts and comments. I do review all messages sent in.

  1. Thanks Cathie. There are so many good things to do and the list keeps growing. The best thing is that there is something for everyone here too. Lots of new housing, restaurants and shopping opening up all the time. The success of our park system continues to grow with the addition of additional trail mileage and upgrades to some of the older parts. I understand the Today Show just announced Greenville is one of their top 10 places to visit.

  2. still check out this site every few months. great job. thinking of Greenville as a possible retirement spot in a few years. love reading your stories and seeing everything that’s going on.
