NCAA, more restaurants and lots of new housing

The NCAA is in town this week. I’m not saying who I’m rooting for unless they’re from Michigan or South Carolina!

Too many new restaurants and stores coming to Greenville to count but some of the highlights include The Anchorage and Husk. I also have word that the owner of Oak Blue has bought the two old Local Taco locations and intends to turn them into bars/restaurants. No word on what the concept will be yet.

Thinking about moving here? There is multi-family going up every where. And these are big developments. North & Main is wrapping up. There are a number of new buildings along Academy and Augusta St. in the West End.

The old Greenville News building is empty and they are finally getting ready to tear it down and ground has been broken for the new development on Wade Hampton and Laurens Rd.

The single family market is getting a boost with some new developments along Verdae and Woodruff Rd.
